EKS NP150

  • Specifications

Specifically for the nonwovens industry we have developed a flexographic printing system that incorporates a set of superior features even for small batch printing. Equipped with an innovative compressed air technology, the system provides for easy and fast set-ups and changeovers of printing jobs. The video shows you how this is done.

Apart from high print quality – even with water-based inks – and ease of operation, the NP150, according to our customers, stands out as a result of its extended print repeat ranges. Servo drives for a phase synchronous run with register adjustment in longitudinal and transverse direction create a system that represents a flexible solution for all flexographic printing applications in the nonwovens industry.

Like all our flexographic printing systems, the EKS NP150 can be operated inline and offline and comes equipped with the printing and drying units as well as integrating controls technology. Our experienced technicians install the flexographic printing system tailored to your specific site conditions. In addition, we offer operator training, maintenance and repair services, system upgrades and parts and consumables – subject to your individual requirements.
